21 Day Fix Extreme Results

After completing a round of the 21 Day Fix, my husband and I took the weekend off and went straight into the 21 Day Fix Extreme. We didn’t feel like we were totally ready for it, as we were still having trouble with some of the exercises in the regular 21 Day Fix, but we were looking forward to giving it a try. Once again, we loved the program and followed it very closely, with great results. I truly believe in this program and the results that we have had speak volumes!

If you have done a round or even a few rounds of the 21 Day Fix and are ready to step it up a notch, then the 21 Day Fix Extreme is the program for you! You do not need to be at your goal weight to do this program. There is still a modifier that you can follow if you can’t quite make it through all of the moves. I find that the Extreme is a little less cardio than the regular, and it uses more weights. My favorite of all the 21 Day Fix Extreme workouts is the Pilates Fix Extreme!

During the 3 weeks of this program I lost another 4 pounds and 2 inches! And more importantly, I was starting to feel healthy and in shape again. Sometimes our biggest victories are not the numbers on the scale, but how we feel both inside and out. Everyday I woke up excited for the day, for my workouts, for my healthy eating, and for my business. The 21 Day Fix Extreme focuses on Extreme workouts and Extreme nutrition, and with determination and commitment results can be amazing!
