What is the 21 Day Fix Extreme?
In the 21 Day Fix Extreme, you get seven Extreme 30-minute workouts, one for each day of the week so your mind never gets bored, and your body never adapts to a single workout. The workouts feature a unique blend of steady-state aerobics, resistance training, and explosive power moves that target every muscle in the body to help you get shredded fast. For your nutrition, you’ll be practicing portion control and eating ONLY clean foods. No treats. No cheats. No excuses. Plus, you’ll get Autumn’s all-new 21 Day Fix EXTREME recipes to help you achieve your very best results!
How is the 21 Day Fix Extreme different than the regular 21 Day Fix?
While both programs are similar, there are some differences between them. The workouts are a bit more challenging and what I would say “a step up” from the regular 21 Day Fix workouts. There is still a modifier though which makes it a program that even beginners can do if they really want a challenge. While I would say it is more of an intermediate program, I do have customer who choose to start with the Extreme. Most will do the regular 21 Day Fix a few times and then think about switching it up to try the Extreme.
The nutrition plan is similar, but it takes out all of the “questionable” foods that are allowed in the 21 Day Fix (including things like honey, turkey bacon and the “treats” section).
As in all of the Beachbody programs, Shakeology is an important addition to the nutrition plan and helps you to get your best results. You can read more about Shakeology here.
