I decided to join Beachbody in January 2016 after having enough of feeling tired, grumpy and no energy at all for my family. Stephanie approached me and asked if I’d be interested in giving it a try. I knew I needed to do something so why not. I really wanted to do something that I would stick with and not quit and give up like I usually did.
I went all in and started with my first workout program 21 Day Fix. Followed the containers faithfully and also started drinking Shakeology. To tell you the truth I wasn’t sure about the shake but wanted to try it. After drinking it for just a few days I knew that it was a big part of the program. I felt so much better overall and had more energy and the bonus of all the nutrients you get with it was a huge plus. I drank it after my workouts and used it as my breakfast adding in a fruit and ice.
I did 2 rounds of 21 Day Fix and it was a very slow start for me. I wasn’t losing weight like I was hoping but Stephanie assured me to keep going and not give up. She said my body was adjusting to the changes and it would happen. After the 2 rounds I had lost 12.2 pounds and over 10.75 inches. And I was so enjoying the workouts I decided to keep going.
