21 Day Fix Results

I hurt my knee so I modified the last 4 days and took it easy so I’m happy with my results.

21 days. Doesn’t sound like much, but it changed my life.
I started in a month I could barely afford it. A month where I felt blah, stagnant, and a bit isolated. I was losing weight on my own and it was feeling a bit overwhelming.

I thought I’d give “the fix” a try. It’s just a few weeks. I thought maybe I’d meet a few people, and get through the program. Such ambition right? Just plug along and do the program. Well, it turns out that’s all that’s required.

I was skeptical at first. It all seemed overly simple. Pick something from the list. Put it in the colour coded cup. Do the workout. Drink water. Have a smoothie. Get results.

Now a few weeks later I actually crave that smoothie and I look forward to working out. It’s weird. I’ve never looked forward to working out in my life. Or a nutrition shake. Now I do.

While the 21 Day Fix is a good program I wouldn’t have finished it without Stephanie. She completely accepted my diet quirks. She was quick to answer questions, and I had plenty. She made it okay to be me and supported me through the whole process. When some stuff came up in my life that would normally have me turn to a pan of brownies I stuck to the diet and workout because I knew I had to sign in the next day and report how my workout and nutrition went. I really feel that my journey matters to her. She even sent out an e-mail warning me well in advance when my BBoD, Shakeology, etc. would renew, because it all matters to her.

Now I can’t wait for the next cycle and I’m thinking of all the great programs I can add from my BBoD library for even better results. I love Beachbody on Demand and I love having Stephanie as my coach.
