After the 21 Day Fix Extreme, I decided to do 22 Minute Hard Corps, as it was a brand new program that was released. I really didn’t like this program to start with, but I didn’t quit. After a couple of weeks I really liked it. It was a different workout than what I was used to. It is an Army type work out!! I am so glad I didn’t give up, because this workout is where I really started to see my results!After 8 weeks, I was down 10 pounds and 5 inches! I continue to use portion control and drink Shakeology consistently. It is part of my daily routine now, I haven’t been sick since I’ve started drinking it and it gives me so much energy. I love it.
