What is 22 Minute Hard Corps?

A challenging, military-inspired workout program designed to burn fat, build lean muscle, and get you “Boot Camp Fit” in 22 minutes a day. Although it is challenging, there is a modifier and it is also a program that beginner to intermediate fitness levels can do.

Who is the trainer?

Legendary trainer Tony Horton has created a challenging but easy-to-follow workout program inspired by training techniques that are used by the military. Each workout in 22 MINUTE HARD CORPS is a quick and intense. You burn a ton of calories in these boot camp style workouts.  Just show up, keep up, and get in shape!

Who can do 22 Minute Hard Corps?

  • Busy people who don’t have a lot of time to spend at the gym working out.
  • Former members of the military who want to get back to the fitness level they had when they were in the service and people who enjoy military style training.
  • Anyone looking for a type of program that is short, to the point and effective. This program helps you get results without requiring you to learn lots of complex moves.
  • Anyone who enjoys Tony Horton workouts or other time saving Beachbody programs such as Focus T25 and P90X3!

What is the Nutrition plan like?

The nutrition plan in this program is called Rations For Results Nutrition Field Guide. It is a simple but satisfying nutrition plan that lays out the three meals and two snacks you’ll need for the 8 weeks. It makes meal prep easy so you can focus on getting results. This nutrition plan uses the portion containers like the 21 Day Fix, which is proven to be very effective. Using the nutrition guide you will plan out your meals (planning by the week is most effective!) so that you can stay on track.
