Ingredients

Chicken (1 red)

Brown rice (1 yellow)

Spinach, mushrooms, celery (1 or 2 green)

1 egg (1/2 red)

garlic

spices

Directions

1Cook the chicken. Mix in the veggies and cook until tender. Add in the rice, egg and spices.
