If you are looking for a way to satisfy your cravings or sweet tooth, try these Cafe Latte Energy Balls! They are quick and easy to make. You can also add in things like Chia seeds or hemp hearts if you would like. I freeze them on a cookie sheet and then transfer them into a ziplock back. I like to store them in the freezer and eat them frozen!

  • Yields: Roughly 30-40 energy balls depending on size

Ingredients

1 cup Almond Butter

3 cup Old Fashioned Rolled Oats

1 cup Chopped Almonds

1/4 cup Honey

2 tbsp Cacao Nibs

1 Scoop Cafe Latte Shakeology

Directions

1Mix all ingredients together and form into 1" balls.

2Refrigerate or freeze for 1-2 hours.

I would say 2-3 of these energy balls (depending on their size) would count as a "treat" on the 21 Day Fix and replace a yellow container a maximum of 3 times per week.
