What is a Challenge Group?

Joining a Challenge Group will help you to achieve your fastest results! A Challenge group is the best way to stay motivated and get into shape because you are doing it with a community of other people who are committed and are working towards similar goals as you. My Challenge groups provide motivation, inspiration, support and most of all accountability. Accountability is a huge part of success. When you share your goals with others you are more likely to feel accountable and follow through. Last, but not least, Challenge groups are fun! They will provide you with the constant encouragement and motivation that you need to stay committed to your goal and help you achieve success.

How does a 21 Day Fix Challenge Group Work?

During this week, I will provide you will all of the tools that you need to be successful during theprogram. You will be givenblank and sample meal planning templates, tips and instructions on what to do each day leading up to the start of the program. Planning for success is very important and a huge part of the 21 Day Fix. When you join a Challenge group, you need to commit to the following things:

  • Check in daily and participate by answering the questions and sharing your experience.
  • Never miss a workout. This is a 21 Day program – if you want success you need to follow it EVERY DAY!
  • Follow the nutrition plan and don’t cheat! If you cheat you are only hurting yourself and your results.
  • Give it your all – Everyday!
  • Have fun!
