These are a healthy, 21 Day Fix approved version of a favourite appetizer.

Ingredients

21 Day Fix Approved

2 Hard boiled eggs (1 red)

1 tbsp of Greek yogurt (1/4 red)

mustard

Smoked paprika

Directions

1Take the yolks out of the eggs and mash them with the greek yogurt. Season with a squirt of mustard and smoked paprika.

Notes

*prep time is based on eggs that have already been hard boiled and cooled.
-To hard boil eggs put them into a pot with cold water, add in a splash of vinegar and bring to a boil. Boil for 12-15 minutes. Drain the water and immediately place into cold water.
