I found this one more of a challenge, but embraced it, as I knew I would see results, and I was well on my way to my goal. The workouts were more challenging, and the diet is stricter on what you can or should not be eating. Some of the items that were allowable in the 21 day fix plan are removed out of the extreme plan. My favorite workout is the Yoga Extreme, which I still do from time to time as it is an amazing way to stretch out. After this round I lost another 3″ and 4 lbs.
