I LOVE T25. This is the program that I tackled after finishing the 21 Day Fix and the 21 Day Fix Extreme. I had great results, and I love that the workouts are short and sweet! The hardest part of the program is that you get no breaks or rest time. Just 25 minutes of intense and effective exercise!
What is T25?
TIME is often the one thing that stand between people and the results that they want. Shaun T has worked hard to design a program that delivers the same kind of results you’d expect from a longer workout, in under 30 minutes. FOCUS T25 is a 10 week program that is split into 2 cycles, ALPHA and BETA, each lasting 5 weeks. One of the things that makes this program unique is that there is no rest, so you get everything you need and nothing you don’t. If you focus your intensity for 25 minutes, 5 days a week, you WILL get results.
