Ok…so up until a few weeks ago I “didn’t like” beets. At least I thought I didn’t. It was one of those things where as a kid you don’t like something and you just assume that as an adult you won’t either. Since starting my health and fitness journey a few years ago, I have been WAY more open to trying new things, or finding ways that I like certain foods that I KNOW are good for me!
