Insanity Max:30 – Male Results

My wife and I completed the whole Insanity Max:30 60 day program as well as drank Shakeology after each workout.  I had minimal weight loss results (2lbs), but I did lose 4.5 inches.  This was mainly due to the fact that I was at my weight loss goal already, I just wanted to improve my cardio and lean out a bit more. 


Insanity Max:30 pushed me like no other program has done before.  The whole point of this program is to push yourself or MAX OUT every single time, record that time and then when doing the workout again try to beat it.  Just a side note that I always improved my time, pushing just that much harder each time.  The workouts are insane, they don’t use any weights, just your body, so they are also great to do when travelling and you don’t have a gym.   Just when you’re getting comfortable with month 1, it’s over and onto month 2.   I found that the 30 min workouts went by very fast and there wasn’t one where I wasn’t completely drenched in sweat, it honestly looked like I just stepped out of the shower.  The warm up and cool down periods are a nice touch as well, great active stretching.  Pulse was one of my favorite workouts, it’s like an active recovery day workout but still forces you to sweat/push yourself.  There is a modifier, which I used after I maxed out until I caught my breath again.  I can almost guarantee if you stick with this program for the full 60 days, drink Shakeology everyday, and follow the nutrition plan, you will have great results as well! Just remember this is a high intensity training program, be safe and know your limitations, if you max out at 5 min on your first workout like me, it just makes you push harder the next time to beat that time.  Happy sweating!
