I absolutely LOVED The Master’s Hammer and Chisel. The combination of weight training with Sagi and cardio/weight training with Autumn was fantastic. They each bring a completely different workout and motivation style to the program.
The workouts were challenging but manageable and I always felt great after completing them.
I lost no weight with this program but the results are definitely all in inches lost and muscle gained. I lost 5.75” overall and gained 1/2 and inch in each bicep. I am seeing muscle definition in my thighs and calf muscles that I haven’t seen since high school!
