Are you looking for a low carb, light and fluffy bread substitute? This cloud bread is easy to make and full of protein! 

I wanted to try something new and came across a Cloud Bread recipe on the Team Beachbody Blog. Traditionally Cloud Bread is made with Cream Cheese, but this Greek Yogurt version is delicious and a much healthier option. I mean, don’t get me wrong, I love cream cheese (well, any cheese actually!) but I this healthy version tastes great!

I ate it with my Avocado Egg Salad Recipe and it was delicious!

Ingredients

3 Large eggs, Separated

1 dash Cream of Tarter

1/3 cup Plain Greek Yogurt (2%)

1 pinch Sea Salt

Directions

1Beat egg whites and cream of tarter in a mixer for 4 minutes until stiff peaks form.

2In a separate medium sized bowl, whisk egg yolks, pinch of salt and Greek yogurt.

3Gently fold in the stiff egg whites just until combined. DO NOT OVER MIX!

4Spoon the mixture into 6 small "pancakes" on a pan with parchment paper.

5Bake at 300 degrees for 25-30 minutes until golden brown or crispy to the touch.
