This delicious comfort food is 21 Day Fix Approved!
Pasta (1 Yellow - Your Choice)
Sliced or diced Chicken (1 Red)
Cooked Spinach and Mushrooms (1 Green)
Smoked Gouda (or other) Cheese (1 Blue)
1/2 Tomato Sauce or Salsa (1/2 Purple)
Garlic to taste
Optional spices - Onion power, parsley, pepper
1Cook the pasta and chicken separately and put into a frying pan. Add in the spinach and mushrooms, smoked gouda and tomato sauce. Season to taste. Heat, serve and enjoy :)

You can’t go wrong with Smoked Gouda! This is a great dish to crush that Mac and cheese craving.
This dish is so good it doesn’t even feel like your eating healthy. Portion size is large, very filling and full of flavor. Can be made quickly when short on time as well.
