Mixed greens (1 green)
2 hard boiled eggs, sliced (1 red)
Sliced avocado (1/2 blue)
Feta cheese (1/2 blue)
Unsalted sunflower seeds (1/4 orange)
Dressing - Oil and vinegar (3/4 orange)

Not a salad person, but I have been getting better because of recipes like this. Quick, simple and you are getting so many nutrients in one meal, sometimes I add in chicken or tuna.
