These delicious wraps are filling and taste great!
Ground turkey, cooked (1 red per wrap)
1-6 inch whole wheat wrap (1 yellow)
Tomatoes, spinach and cooked mushrooms (1 green)
Low fat shredded cheese (1 blue)
1/2 Plain greek yogurt (1/2 red)
1/2 Salsa (1/2 purple)
1Cook the ground turkey in a frying pan.
2Season with salt-free seasonings.
3Cut and measure out 1 green container of veggies.
4Assemble your wrap and enjoy!
