  • Yields: Serves 1

Ingredients

1 slice of Ezekiel Bread or WW bread (yellow)

2 Hard boiled eggs (red)

1/2 medium avocado (blue)

1 tsp mustard (free)

Any salt-free spice to taste (I used Mrs. Dash table blend)

Spinach optional (1/2 green)

Directions

1Mash the eggs and avocado

2Add in the mustard and spices.

3Put it on your bread and top with spinach.
