Ingredients

Salmon - (1 Red)

Broccoli (1 Green)

Butternut Squash (1 Green)

Southwest Seasoning (21 Day Fix)

1 tsp Olive Oil (1 Tsp)

Directions

1Cook the Salmon in the oven for 20 minutes. Cut the butternut squash into cubes. Toss it with 1 tsp olive oil and southwest seasoning (or any seasoning of your choice). The butternut squash also cooks for about 20 minutes on a cookie sheet in the oven.
