Shakeology Energy Bites

These make a great, healthy 21 Day Fix Approved snack!

  • 1 cup of Vegan Chocolate (or regular chocolate) Shakeology
  • 1 1/2 cups of Quick Oats
  • 1 cup Natural Peanut Butter, Softened
  • 2/3 cup raw honey
  • 1/2 cup ground wheat germ
  • 1/2 cup Cacao nibs (Optional)
  • 1 Tbsp Chia Seeds (Optional)
  • 1 Tbsp hemp seeds (Optional)

In a large mixing bowl combine all ingredients (You can use a spoon or your clean hands). When combined, form into 1 inch balls and place on parchment paper or waxed paper on a baking sheet. Place in the freezer until they are set. Transfer to a plastic bag or bowl. Store them in the freezer and use as needed. Enjoy!
