So I have no doubt that Shakeology is my healthiest meal of the day, and I LOVE trying new recipes with it! I will admit, at first I was NOT a huge fan of the Vanilla Shakeology. However, it has quickly become my favorite! I find that adding in fruit, Greek yogurt, peanut butter, etc. gives you so many options to change it up every day.
One of my favorites is Strawberry Banana Vanilla Shakeology. DELICIOUS! I mean, how can you go wrong with strawberry, banana and peanut butter!!! The peanut butter is optional, but I kind of have a weakness for it so it goes in with my Shakeology most mornings There are so many variations of this delicious recipe. I would love for you to comment with some of your favorite Shakeology recipes!
Strawberry Banana Vanilla Shakeology
- 1 Scoop of Vanilla Shakeology (1 red)
- 2/3 cup Plain Greek Yogurt (1 red container)
- 8 medium Stawberries – fresh or frozen (1 purple)
- 1/2 Banana (1 purple)
- 1 tsp of Natural Peanut Butter or 1 Tbsp of PB2 powder
- Blend together and enjoy!
2 red, 2 purple, 1 tsp
***NOTE – If you do not want to use 2 purples, you could do 4 strawberries and 1/3 of a banana and count it as 1 purple container. Banana is fairly overpowering so you can still taste it!
