1Cook your tilapia in the oven for 20 minutes.
2Pull kale off of the thick stems. Cook it in a frying pan with balsamic vinegar. It will shrink a lot, so make sure to make at least double of what you think you need.
3Cook brown rice according to package directions. 1/4 cup dry rice (1/2 cup water) makes 1 serving (1 yellow).
