Recipe for Veggie Scrambled Eggs 0 0 5 0

A hearty 21 Day Fix approved breakfast.

Ingredients

8 egg whites (or 1 cup of egg whites in the container) OR 2 eggs.

Spinach, tomatoes, peppers, any veggies of your choice (1 OR 2 green containers)

Feta cheese (1 blue)

Salt free spice

1 piece of Ezekiel or whole wheat bread (1 yellow)

1 tsp coconut oil

Directions

1Cook down the veggies in the frying pan. Once tender, add in the eggs. Scramble them, add the spices and cheese. Serve with 1 slice of toast (can use 1 tsp coconut oil to butter the toast)
